Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of CanonPOS. For privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using CanonPOS, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
CanonPOS is provided as a software service with features that may vary by plan, configuration, and business type. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your accounts. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other tenants' data, interfere with security or performance, or use CanonPOS in violation of applicable law. Industry-specific compliance remains your responsibility.
5. Data
You retain rights to your business content. You grant CanonSoft the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, and display that content to provide the service, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
Paid plans, taxes, and billing cycles are as agreed in your order or subscription. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanonSoft's aggregate liability arising from these terms or the service is limited as set out in your separate agreement where one exists; otherwise to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero for free tiers.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or non-payment, subject to applicable law and any separate contract.
10. Governing law
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, disputes will be governed by the laws applicable to CanonSoft's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
